Command View didn't work after upgrade tp CV6.0

EVA 3000
VCS 3.028

I reinstall the SMA from the original SMA v2.1 CD, I can login to Windows 2000 without problem.

1. install the CV 3.2, works fine.
2. upgrade to CV 4.0, works fine.
3. upgrade to CV 5.0, works fine.
4. upgrade to CV 6.0, it will launch the new login screen, then just waiting and waiting after I key in the user/password.

Is there any one can tell how should I fix this?
