DR groups is doing full copy instead of going into logging State

Source EVA 8400
XCS: 09522000

Destination EVA 8200
XCS: 6220

We need to establish why one of our DR groups is doing full copy instead of going into logging State .

The link between sites was down for less than 5 minutes, but full copy instead of logging was still triggered.
