I had a quote from HP for some replament drives for my EVA. I ordered the drives but have found out that they are a diff model.
Original: BF07258243 (upgraded to fw HP03)
Replacement: BF0725A476 (fw HP02)
Are these compatible at all or do I need to return them for the original?

They are compatible. They are both 72GB 15K EVA drives, as can be seen from the list here:

Will there be any forseen issue with adding the replacement drives to the same Disk Group as the original models?
