Is there any conflict between any command view version and eva firmware version ?
how to upgrade command view? any required path?

Various EVA firmware code have specific requirements regarding Command View EVA. Usually, an older version of Command View would allow you to do basic tasks with your EVA, but for full functional compatibility, you should definitely have the "required" version as older versions may report on conditions that are not exactly what they may claim to be.
You should definitely upgrade your Command View BEFORE upgrading yoru EVA's firmware.
If your CV-EVA is really old, you might not even be able to use it to upgrade the the EVA... requiring a CV upgrade first.
Newer EVA's and even older ones with newer firmware do nto require a basic EVA license. To add BC and CA licenses, open Command View EVA, click agent options and add the licenses there.
