EVA3000 addon enclosure
I have an EVA3000 2C2D me and I have an enclosure to add, the EVA is in production, which I could say the order of connection of the new enclosure?, who goes first?, loops or Bus?, I hope I can help in this thanks .

Basically...
1. Install the shelf into the rack
2. plug in the power cables
3. Re-configure the first loop (right side). Wait for the shelf to get an ID and is visible in Command View before re-configuring the second loop.
4. Re-configure second loop.
5. Confirm in Command View all is good.
Keep in mind that the I/O modules may run an update based on the controller firmware. It may take a longer amount of time than you think (but not too long).
This can be done online.

The cabling is VERY similar on the 3000.
I can not seem to find the doc at the moment, but the steps are the same.
For the EVA3000... you are NOT supposed to do the upgrade online, but i've done it before without issue.
The only suggestion I have is IF you want to do it online... shut down host access at a minimum, but keep up your Command View Server so you can monitor the process.
