We will upgrade our EVA3000 from VCX 3.010 to VCS 4.10. We have Windows 2003 64-bit client running Basic MPIO v1.02 which has to be migrated to Full Featured MPIO v3.02. My questions:
1. Do we uninstall Basic MPIO first and then install FF MPIO? Or do we simply install FF MPIO "on top"?
2. Can we migrate to FF MPIO before the VCS upgrade? The FF MPIO documentation does not mention it supports VCS 3.x.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Re: EVA3K VCS 3.x to 4.x Upgrade - Windows Clients
The FF MPIO will not uninstall/replace the basic MPIO. I'm not sure if v1.02 offers co-existence support with the FF MPIO, but why not unpresent the virtual disks before you start the migration?
