Event error messages

I found this error while i checking EVA8000 Event Management

Parse File for this firmware version: CR0ECA - not found. Please Upload file: HSV210_event_CR0ECA_6110.txt

I uploaded the log file

On other hand
I am new comer on EVA 8000
Please advice me how to start like:
-Training
-Course
-Certification

hello,
you have to use firmware iso and extract corespoding parse file, then upload it via Command view.
Btw, your firmware is quite old.

Upgrade to XCS 6220, that will put the EVA in a supported firmware, and load a new parse file too.
