Extended Fabric licenses needed for CA-EVA?

When planning for Continuous Access using an mpx110 or mpr400 for FC-IP gateway, do the connected fc switches require an Extended Fabric license? I've looked over the CA-EVA planning guide and it wasn't too clear. I'm guessing not but would like to hear from someone with CA experience.

Extended fabric is needed if you will use FC over dark fibre or DWDM. As you will use FC-IP, you don't need extended fabric.
