Hi Gurus,

will the FC HBA (P/N: 176479-B21) for Windows work with the Brocade 2800?

The 176479-B21 is an Emulex LP8000 with HP/Compaq Firmware and Driver for Windows.
This HBA is fully supported with the Brocade 2800. See www.compaq.com/products/quickspecs/10529_div/10529_div.HTML for the Quick Spec

What you have to check is, if your storage is supported with 1. this HBA and 2. with this switch. If it's HP/Compaq equippment you will find out here: ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/products/storageworks/techdoc/san/AA-RMPNH-TE.pdf
