How to use EVA navigator, could not open the workspace

Hi ,

 

I am new to EVA diagnostic. And I have a question about the navigator step 1: create the workspace

First, I need to create the workspace. but after the creation. It indicates could not open the workspace. Anything wrong? Just feel so wired about the software......
