hp configuration collector (HPCC) and VMware

I'm trying to collect HBA information from a VMware server but I'm getting blanc output file. This is happening also for HyperV platform.

Is there any incompatibility issue between hpcc and VMware/HyperV?

Can somebody shed some light?

HP has issued a VMWare patch. Can't find the link right now but it works. Used it last week.
