Re: HPE SN6000b access via chrome, edge show blank in login page
Hi piaakit,
Please make sure that you have installed Java Run time Environment (Oracle Java version 8 update 202) on the server from where you are trying to access Webtool of San switch. If the server OS is 64 bit, make sure to use 64 bit version of Java. If you have installed multiple Java versions on the server, uncheck all other versions and select only version 8 update 202.( Go to Control Panel >>Click on Java. From the Java control panel, click on Java tab and click on "View" button).
If the issue remains the same, clear Java cache and check the status. To clear Java Cache, follow the steps below:
a - Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Java. The Java Control Panel dialog box displays.
b - Under "Temporary Internet Files", click on settings.
c - Click on "Delete Files..". Put a check mark on all the options and then click Ok.
If the issue remains the same, change the Java security level from high to Medium. Also, add the switch webtool URL to the Exception site list of Java.
Go to Start > Control Panel > open the Java Control Panel > select the Security tab and change the security level to Medium.
From the Java security tab, click on "Edit site list" button and add the Webtool URL to the exception list. If you are accessing Switch webtool URL using http, add URL as: http://switch_IP_Address. If you are accessing the webtool URL using https, add URL as: https://switch_IP_Address .
If the issue remains the same, try to access the webtool URL using the URL format: http://switch_IP_Address/switchExplorer_installed.html
If the issue remains the same, you may try disabling Certificate check. Follow the steps below:
Go to Start > Control Panel > open the Java Control Panel > select the Advanced tab.
Under "Perform TLS certificate revoke check on" select option "Do not check(Not recommended)"
If the issue remains the same, upgrade the FOS on the switch to active version 8.2.3b and check the status.
