Hi All,
In my HSZ70 Array Controller Service Manual it tells me that I can access the (HSZ) controller in two ways:
Through a local terminal or through a remote terminal via the host. It explains how to set up the local terminal - but i somehow have a broken local terminal connection. (It used to work!)I have replaced the terminal, and the cable, and both, and toggled various terminal settings, all to no avail.
I want to communicate with my controller via remote terminal - but can find nothing online or in my manuals to help me. Kindly help me in this regard.
Yours early response will be appreciated.
With Regards,
Asif Sharif

Hi Asif,
I think what you might be looking for was called 'Command Console Client'. It was installed on a PC and connected to an agent on the system from where the HSZ70(s) were attached. This software is located on the 'solutions platform kit' CD under the SWCC folder. Do you have this CD?
