Issue after upgrade BC V2.3.1

Hello,

After upgrade patch Business Copy from V2.3 to V2.3.1 we have the error message in job's log:
"Job:getMountResponse:got response: Job Failed: Pipe timeout error!
V2.380"
After installation patch, we have renamed OSVM.ini,EVMCL.ini,PersistedUnitList.ini,and two customer' jobs and restart BC services on SMA and 3 windows servers host agent.

Before this upgrade, there is constantly the error message :"Problem loading "remapPolicy" from "OSVM.ini", exiting"

I have resolved the initial issue before upgrade patch when I have desinstalled/reinstalled BC network
