Monitor Storage Arrays using OVPA doubts

Hi all gurus,

I have very limited knowledge about storage arrays. Hope you all don't mind to share the very basic knowledge with me.

I need to monitor the following performance data:
• Array Statistics- Total Host Req/s, Total Host MB/s
• Array Controller Statistics- CPU %, Data %
• Virtual Disks- Read Hit Req/s, Read Hit MB/s, Read Hit Latency(ms), Read Miss Req/s, Read Miss MB/s
• Write Req/s, Write MB/s, Write Latency (ms)
• Flush MB/s Host Port Statistics
Read Req/s, Read MB/s, Read Latency (ms)
Write Req/s, Write MB/s, Write Latency (ms), Average Queue Depth
• Physical Disks and Disk groups
Drive Queue Depth, Drive Latency (ms), Read Req/s, Read MB/s, Read Latency (ms)
• Write Req/s, Write MB/s, Write Latency(ms)


Can I install an agent on storage arrays? The agent will be OV Performance Agent. Then, the performance reports will be generated throught OV Performance Insight.
