management server blocked

ANOTHER MANAGEMENT AGENT ON SERVER server01 AT IP **** MAYBE ACTIVELY MANAGING
STORAGE SYSTEM.
ONLY ONE AGENT IS ALLOWED TO MANAGE AT A TIME
TO DISABLE OTHER AGENTS CLICK OK.

I clicked ok and now I can not access the SMA
over the web, I must be on the SMA in order
to manage it. How do I reset this to allow me to manage the EVA over the internet again??

Do you have two SMAs that can see that same EVA(s)? While that's not am impossible situation, it can be a little tricky, as you have found out. My next step would be to reboot the SMA on which you clicked 'OK.'

Have you tried to stop/start the HP Command View EVA service in Windows?

A reboot on the management server now allows me to get to it over the internet.
