MSA 1500 and dynamic disks in Windows Server 2003 x 64
after the restart MSA 1500, dynamic disks are not reactivating.
I found errors in the event log:
1)source LDM, id 2,
disabled group disks (C100001C).
2)source hpmaadsm, id 302,
An unrecoverable path failure occurred on SCSI address Port 2 B0 T0 L11. Disk 600508B300933F60A04AB5B5E799003D failed due to no redundant paths available.
3)source Storage Agents, id 1151,
External Array Controller Status Change. The external controller in I/O slot 2 of array "" has a new status of 4.
(Controller status values: 1=other, 2=ok, 3=failed, 4=offline, 5=redundantPathOffline)
[SNMP TRAP: 16020 in CPQFCA.MIB]
I need information from these disks, that I should do

show this_controller
show other_controller (if you have two)
show unit
do you have any messages on the display on the msa1500 ? any hard drive fault led lit ?

Re: MSA 1500 and dynamic disks in Windows Server 2003 x 64
i can get in MSA 1500 by ACU, i can see all logical disks. i can make changes. there is no error messages in logs. I waited for four hours until the dynamic disks connected and windows LDM says: dynamic disk online (errors). I have report of ADU.

hogust,
so you can now see the disks ok ? i can't see any issues in that report at all. i thought it may have been due to problems with lun 11 which has no raid protection ? but it reports ok .
sorry i can't be more help.
