support an EVA3000 and a new EVA 4400 system.
From what I understood I need to upgrade to
HP Secure Path V3.0F SP3 for HP-UX
When trying to install I have the option to install
1) Secure Path for HP-UX for Active-Passive Disk Arrays
2)Secure Path for HP-UX for Active-Active Disk Arrays
As I have both type of arrays what actually do I need to install now to support the EVA300 and EVA4400?

Re: Secure Path UX and EVA300 EVA4400
The EVA-4400 is an active/active array from day 1.0.

Re: Secure Path UX and EVA300 EVA4400
The EVA300 is active/passive
So if I install
Secure Path for HP-UX for Active-Passive Disk Arrays
will SecurePath recognize the LUN's on the
active/active EVA4400 as well as the LUN's on the EVA3000?
without SP3 for SecurePath these LUN's are not recognized

Re: Secure Path UX and EVA300 EVA4400
(An active/active EVA3000/5000 will change its SCSI inquiry strings from HSV100/HSV110 to HSV101/111 so that SP A/P will no longer recognize it.)

http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c01403985/c01403985.pdf,
in other words both SP 3.0F SP3 for AP and AA should be coexist on the same host.

Re: Secure Path UX and EVA300 EVA4400
Well I'm ready to get shot down but I believe that you need a min of HP-UX 11.23 for EVA4400 if my memory is correct so 11.11 will not work?? but I could be wrong?
To confirm above comments:
VCS v3.xxx = A/P = sp v3.0c
VCS v4.xxx = A/A = sp v3.0f
XCS = A/A = sp v3.0f
Both can coexist on the same surver.
I think yoy will find that if you go to 11.31 then all the drivers are "native" to HP-UX and that should solve all your problems.
