Since we have upgraded our EVA4400 we got in our controller log messages that pars file is not correct.
******************************************************************************************
WARNING! The correct parse file could not be found. The default file is being used.
This could result in an incorrect parsing of data of this event.
Please locate the correct parse file for the current firmware version and upload it
using the Send Parse File button on the Controller Event page.
The correct parse file is: : HSV300_event_CR153F_09522000.txt
It should be installed in the directory: C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Sanworks\Element Manager for StorageWorks HSV\events\
******************************************************************************************
Can somebody please tell us where we can get the HSV300_event_CR153F_09522000.txt file?
Thanks in advance and best regards,
Herman Sugeng

Re: Need parsfile for XCS 09522000
Is the parse file the same and is the process for uploading the same?
Thanks for any insight.

Re: Need parsfile for XCS 09522000
Yes, the most important is you get the right file that is only depends on your firmware version.
