Need parsfile for XCS 09522000

Hallo,
Since we have upgraded our EVA4400 we got in our controller log messages that pars file is not correct.
******************************************************************************************
WARNING! The correct parse file could not be found. The default file is being used.
This could result in an incorrect parsing of data of this event.
Please locate the correct parse file for the current firmware version and upload it
using the Send Parse File button on the Controller Event page.
The correct parse file is: : HSV300_event_CR153F_09522000.txt
It should be installed in the directory: C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Sanworks\Element Manager for StorageWorks HSV\events\
******************************************************************************************

Can somebody please tell us where we can get the HSV300_event_CR153F_09522000.txt file?

Thanks in advance and best regards,

It's part of the firmware download:

Or find it attached to this post:

Re: Need parsfile for XCS 09522000

The parsefile is _in_ the .SSS 'superimage'. Just specify the .SSS file when you run the parsefile upload process.

I need to upload this file as well and am assuming this is non-disruptive operation. can you confirm to me if this can be done on the fly.

thanks.

Is this a non-distruptive operation?

Re: Need parsfile for XCS 09522000

Yes, it just extracts the parsefile and stores is on the local disk of the server that is running the CV-EVA service.

Re: Need parsfile for XCS 09522000

I am also seeing this message. However, I am running the firmware version of CV-EVA (v9.01.00) on the management module not the MS Windows version on a separate server.

Is the parse file the same and is the process for uploading the same?

Thanks for any insight.

Hallo Stu,
Yes, the most important is you get the right file that is only depends on your firmware version.
