P2000 G3 lost explicit mapping after scheduled snapshot reset

Hi,

when i schedule a snapshot reset in the P2000 G3 the explicit mappings are complety lost. A manual reset would work as described in the manual - no lost of mappings. Any suggestions what is wrong?

Anyway i have to script a little bit and i hope to get a workaround with manual reset through the cli. is there any scripting solution with perl/ssh?

FYI, this issue is fixed in TS240Rxxx.  Expect it's release very soon.
