HSV200 is the controller identification for EVA4000 and EVA6000. The EVA3000 in Active/Passive mode (VCS < V4) reports itself has HSV100) and in Active/Active mode (VCS >= V4) has HSV101.
Assuming that "ioscan" is correct:
- you first need to run "autopath discover"
- and then run "ioscan"

Did you accidently install the workgroup edition of Secure Path? This one does not work with any EVA.
