Install Sansurfer v2.0.27 This will allow you to configure your persistent bindings.

So we have to download this utility from Qlogic web site.
I have some doubts about it because it states the following in the release notes of HBA2214:
page 8.
Windows restrictions
â At this time, LUN masking and Persistent Binding at the HBA level is not
supported.
Can confirm if it is supported or not.

Rodolfo,
It is not supported per that document after reading through the guide. You can still use that sansurfer to verify your qlogic fw levels and other diagnostics of the card.
