SAN disk has disappeared

I can nolonger see one the drives presented to a W2K host. However, I can still see some of the drives presented to the same host. Am getting the following error in event viewer after doing a Rescan Disks: The device, \Device\Harddisk2\DR4, is not ready to access yet.
NB: Am still running hsg80.

I have the same problem and i can figure it out. I have a cluster with 2 dl3g0 's. New, one has the problem the other dosent. Theres nothing on them just patches for 2k3.

Can you describe your configuration a bit?

Anything interesting from a 'SHOW UNITS FULL'?

I have experinced the same at a customers site. It turned out to be a faulty HSG80 controller which was replaced clearing the error.
