Secure Path Installation

When installing Secure Path 4.0c on Win2003 Server getting the following message:
The Secure Path Agent service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
We have got a HSG80 san. What is the correct installation method?
