secure path intalllation problem

1. secure path 3.0e, and HPUX 11.11(11i)
2. intalllation require ULM service, but where to get this "UML sercie"?

hi, i have the same problem, i kown the ULMservice is on the APPLICATION SOFTWARE DVD,but i cannot open and install it, maybe it is codeword protected. how can i get the ULM service from any other place?
