Hi,

You need to use newer version of commandview. your current version of CV is not compatible with your new XCS.

1. Restart Command view service
2. Reboot the system
3. Try to check if the connectivity to EVA
4. Failing which install latest version of CV -

I've had this same problem in the past; updating to the latest patch version should fix it, but a hack fix which worked for me was:

1. Copy the "/command_view_eva/HSV200V500/" directory and rename it "/command_view_eva/HSV200V510/"

2. Restart Command View EVA

Hi,

Thanks for the timely help. Upgraded the CV to 5.0 and updated with 5.03 patch working fine.
