Upgrade Command View EVA 6.X

Dear Gurruz,
I need to upgrade the Command View EVA version 6.0 to 7.X.Any one Guide me the procedure to upgrade the procedure?
• Need to uninstall the old one and install the new one?
• Upgrade the old one. If yes where I can download the updater?
• What is the Impact on license? Business copy of EVA is added in existing setup and license is generated against 6.X
