Window 2003 and OpenView Virtual Replicator

I run into a wall. I have a DL380-G2 with MAS1000 and FC2101-HBA.
I have the following done in this order:
1. Windows 2003 installed, using SmartStart 6.40.
2. Symantic Antivirus installed with all the latest virus signature.
3. Patch all the driversm, with the 2003 from HP http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/19614.html.
4. Then patch with the latest drivers from Windows site.
5. Install OpenView 4.0

When finish, I reboot and I get stuck on the blue screen, indicating there was problem with hpqvrbus.sys

Does anyone has a solution?

Don't think SWVR works with W2K3 as 2k3 has lots of new stuff built in. Look up VSS, VDS, VSCS. The microsoft site also has loads of stuff.

Richard,

I am confused according to http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/sanworks/softwaredrivers/vr/vr40patch.html. SWVR dos work with Win2K3. And many users in this forum indicate that have such deployment.

Re: Window 2003 and OpenView Virtual Replicator

Hello,
I can't promise a solution, but I have noticed that there is a patch to VR 4.0:
