Query: Auth error when downloading the spark images from https://hpe.to/6602MqzGr repo

Hi,

I would like to add an oracle driver to this image for my company's ezmeral platform. When I try to download this, I encounter this error:

Error response from daemon: unauthorized: You don't have the needed permissions to perform this operation, and you may have invalid credentials. To authenticate your request, follow the steps in: https://cloud.google.com/container-registry/docs/advanced-authentication

What is the correct way to download and rebuild this image?
