How to read csv file for cloud usage report

Hello Experts, I have a csv report for cloud usage and it is long list of data:value. Those yellow value is what resource usage captured e.g. compute, memory, storage? How do we read those rows ?

Hi Piyush,
Those are time utilization time/value series entries that can be disregarded, as the graph was removed from the report.
