Backup host cannot connect

When backing up a host, the following error occurs. The cluster has confirmed root connectivity, so the host's permissions are granted.

root@192.168.114.124: Permission denied (publickey,password). scp: Connection closed

This is unclear. Are you backing up a VM or a hypervisor? Not enough details are provided for me to be able to help you. The error above implies credential issues with ssh.
