Re: error on Nimble array
Hi giladzzz
Could you please share the below information?
- What's the array model and version?
- Do you have the messages that say that sensors are auto-recovered?
Regards
Mahesh.

Re: error on Nimble array
Hi
It is HF40 version 5.0.7.200-612527-opt
there are no messages of auto recover
actually I see a message controller B has failed!!!!
on top off the hardware screen it says
"Tempreture sensor "RightEar" on shelf AF-XXXXXX at the right-side ambiant of controller B has failed"
it looks like a controller problem

Re: error on Nimble array
Hi giladzzz
The array is currently running on an older version and there are many chances it can be a software issue. It would be better if you could reach out to HPE Nimble Tech support and get it clarified by examining logs to validate and get to know whether it is a potential hardware issue or a susceptible software issue.
hope this helps.!!
Regards
Mahesh.
