HPE alletra MP B10000 supports block,file and object storage

I’d like to confirm whether the HPE Alletra MP B10000 platform supports block, file, and object storage simultaneously on the same chassis, or if it only supports one storage personality at a time, requiring reconfiguration to switch between them.

Hi DAES,

The HPE Alletra Storage MP B10000 platform supports both Block and File storage, but not simultaneously. It is necessary to configure each storage personality individually.
If you need to run block workloads, you must choose HPE Alletra Storage MP Block Services. If you need to run file and workloads, you must choose HPE Alletra Storage MP File Services.
When switching between these storage personalities, the system needs to be reconfigured and redeployed.
However, HPE Alletra Storage MP X10000 is primarily known for its Object storage capability.
