Is there method to monitor the performance behavior for Alletra?

Hi Everyone,

I can see the SSMC has not supported the Alletra array anymore. That makes me confuse that how to monitor the performance behavior of the Alletra array in real-time. 

Is there method to monitor the performance behavior for Alletra? Only one I can see is the "Performance dashboard" page in Alletra UI. May I know if any other tools can do the same?

Hi Beckham_HSD,

As of now, we have two ways (HPE Alletra 9000 User Interface and Command Line Interface) to monitor the performance behavior of HPE Alletra 9000 arrays.
While HPE SSMC (HPE 3PAR StoreServ Management Console) may not support HPE Alletra 9000 arrays, HPE will introduce alternative tools or updates that support HPE Alletra 9000 Storage.

HPE is introducing DSCC (Data Service Cloud Console) for managing the HPE Alletra 9000 Storage array.
To monitor the performance behavior of your HPE Alletra 9000, it should be registered into HPE DSCC.

may I suggest the open source software Stor2rrd ?

it is multi vendor , and it provides many graphs (I've been using it to graph  all my 3par arrays, when since SR/IMC  have been merged into SSMC )

and according to their support matrix  (  https://stor2rrd.com/support_matrix.php  ) it can query many HPe arrays such as 3par, nimble, alletra 6000/9000.

i saw they have trial , so its not free ? or free version has some features limitation?
