Running a Win 2k+ network, has anyone ever needed to upgrade to Nimble OS 3.9.0.0 due to win probs?
Hi Folks,
Just wondering if you felt the need to go up to Nimble 3.9.0.0 on account of some weird Windows problems that you kept encountering and whether you had to down your nimble for some time, to implemente the upgrade?
Regards,
A

Hello. Have you engaged with Nimble Support to discuss your issues?
As a rule - NimbleOS upgrades are live and non-disruptive.

Re: Running a Win 2k+ network, has anyone ever needed to upgrade to Nimble OS 3.9.0.0 due to win pro
I first checked out the BB to see if there are any known issues, after i read the release notes. Asking them directly would be the next thing at this point. I was just wondering if anyone else has had the experience of going through what we are about to do. I was told that there were no real downtimes but, to be safe, the notes did recommend an allocated time of network inactivity for the upgade - just in case.

We did a lot of NOS updates since November 2014 on our CS500. Never had a disruption. We did an update in the morning about 7:30 a.m. when the most employees start to work. No issues.
We startet in 2014, it think it was NOS 2.2.1, and are now on Version 5.0.3.0. It works fine.
As ndyer39 wrote and it's true:
