Hello,
Just wanted to ask. Can the witness VM for AFO be running in Azure or AWS as long as it meets the 250ms RTT?

An additional limit is that hosting a witness on public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc) is not supported currently. If you use one for the witness and run into an issue with it, the only recommendation we will have is to deploy it locally.
