Hi,
What version do you advise to upgrade to from 3.10.04 - We would like to upgrade to the latest but are there any intemediary revisions we should upgrade to first?
Many thanks!

SolutionYou may upgrade directly to 4.10.03, there is no need to upgrade to an intermediary version.
Please do ensure you've taken a backup both before and after any upgrade. There are documented customer advisories that are worth reviewing-- most especially ensure your VM has > 8GB and < 32GB of memory, otherwise the upgrade will most likely fail.
[edit] It may be obvious, but if you are unable to take a backup, do NOT proceed with the upgrade. There are known issues that affect disk space that would need to be cleaned up by support prior to the upgrade.
