Can't Add Directory to OneView

When I try to add a Directory Server I get the Error "Unable to get the server certificate. Ensure that the remote server has a certificate."

And yes I'm sure that my Domain Controller has a valid certificate. Is there somehow a way to find out what's the problem with OneView?

Re: Can't Add Directory to OneView

Does your Domain Controller have any Windows Firewall rules that would prohibit access to Secure LDAP (636/TCP)?  Assuming you have an OpenSSL Client installed, what happens when you execute:

openssl s_client -connect domain-controller.domain.local:443

Assuming your client OS is Windows, the OpenSSL client can be installed via Winget (winget install ShiningLight.OpenSSL).  Or can be execute if you have a WSL Linux image installed.

If you don't have a firewall between the appliance and your domain controller potentially messing with the port connection, I would suggest you open a support case and provide an appliance support dump for analysis.
