Can't download HPE OneView for VMware vCenter 11.4

I have trouble downloading HPE OneView for VMware vCenter 11.4. When I get to the download page https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/softwaredetails?softwareId=MTX_MSC_ONEV_VCENTER44 and click "Obtain software", I get this message:

"Support Validation Required
A support agreement covering Software must be linked to your HPE Support Center profile to access this Software."

I have registered quite a lot of of both supported HPE hardware and software with SAID & SAR and I could download ov4vc v11.3 without any errors.

What am I missing???

Hi, 
There is no problem with the site. We are able to download it successfully. 
If you are able to download 11.3 successfully.. then there should not be any problem downloading the 11.4. Only thing is your HPE passport account should be active.
