Customer Advisory: HPE OneView/HPE Synergy Composer Upgrade/Startup Failures May Occur To 3.10
There has been an active thread here in the forums, and I wanted to create this sticky thread for folks to review before creating a new discussion or continuing the existing one. There is a scenario where attempting to upgrade from a prior release to 3.10.04 will result in the upgrade failing roughly 45minutes later. We have published a Customer Advisory that details the issue, and resolution. The CA does outline another scenario that would impact rebooting an appliance. Yes, you will need to open a support case, and reference the Customer Advisory ID a00018007en_us.
