Error adding DL 360 G9 to OneView 3.10.07
Added many DL 360 G9 to OneView prior to this but for some reason I am getting errors. This is a across a secure tunnel and I've made sure that all ports are open. Trying to simply monitor the server not manage it in OneView.
- 22 TCP in/outbound
- 80 TCP inbound
- 123 UDP in/outbound
- 161 UDP outbound
- 162 UDP inbound
- 443 TCP in/outbound
- 2162 UDP inbound
- 5671 TCP inbound
- 17988 TCP outbound
- 17990 TCP browser to ILO??
When I try to add the server it comes back with a generic error saying to make sure the processor is supported and networking is correct. I am able to connect directly to ILO using IP and can navigate around fine. So the user name and password I'm using when trying to add to OneView works with no issue. ILO License is advanced and verified.
However during the ILO session I try to perform a remote console and I get an error which I'm thinking may be why I get errors when adding to OneView.
Error message (Windows 10 below but also errors on Window 7 machine as well)

Re: Error adding DL 360 G9 to OneView 3.10.07
It looks like the IRC .Net application did not successfully download to your PC, which is what the stack trace exceptions point to. Is this remote site susceptible to high latency?
Also, please know that OneView 3.10 is no longer supported. You should plan to upgrade your appliance accordingly. Not suggesting that a newer version would "fix" your problem. Just if this issue requires an HPE Support case, then you would need to get to a supported OneView version prior to opening a support case.
