Error when upgrading from Ovenview 4.20.01.01 to 5.2.0.1
I am working on upgrading my composer 1 from their currnet version whick is 4.20.01.01 to 5.20.01 as an intermediate step to get to 6.x. While updateing the appliance/composer i received and error and the update was halted and the high availabilitiy link is now broken. The error I received was "Unable to update appliance" "The appliance is at pre-update version 4.20.01.01"
I removed the standby composer and re-inserted it but nothing changed ... the standby composer shows 'green' in the enclosure but the the high availability link is broken and it will not allow me to upgrade..
Any thoughts on how to proceed?

Re: Error when upgrading from Ovenview 4.20.01.01 to 5.2.0.1
[edit] removed OneView virtual appliance link. I thought it was a OneView question, but it's a Synergy question.
For Synergy, see here: https://techhub.hpe.com/eginfolib/synergy/sw_release_info/Upgrade_Table.html
shows you can go from 4.20.03 to 5.00.02 or 5.20.01 (but not from 4.20.01.01)

The virtual appliance update table ( https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=emr_na-a00117617en_us ) might have a mistake in that column.
