Hi All
Is there a way to check OneView connectivity back to HPE.
How would I know if the connection dropped
Does anyone have a script to check the connectivity?
Thanks

SolutionHi,
Firstly you will get an appliance alert if the connection to HPE drops.
Secondly you can check in the GUI by going to the settings, then remote support:
I'm not sure about scripting, but if you dig into the API you might find what you are looking for.
Personally, since this triggers an alarm, I get all alarms by email so I'm aware of when the connection drops.

Re: How do I check OneView connectivity back to HPE, can it be scripted?
This is also not exactly what you were asking for, but it might be useful. I don't think this action is in the RESTapi?
