HP BTO (formerly OpenView)
I just started doing some hands-on work with the tools in the HP Business Technology Optimization (BTO) Software suite. I've come across some kinks in the existing implementation and I'm curious if this is our environment or a sign of underlying issues with HP's software.
Does anyone here have experience with HP BTO? What was your take on the quality of the tools? If you also weren't satisfied, do you know of any more-reliable alternatives?
