HP OneView and Warranty and Contract (Remote Support)

Hi,

We have been running OneView for 1 year now.
Until a couple weeks ago all information of servers has been working in a proper way.
Suddenly Warranty and Contract information under Remote Support gives no information anymore.
Is someone else experience same issue?
Or someone has a explanation why?
Running Firmware 8.00.00-0470555

The only reported issue we have regarding OneView Remote Support is with the recently released 8.60.  Have you verified your appliance still reports "Connected to HPE: Yes" in the Remote Support settings panel?  Did any networking changes happen?  Did you need or require a Web Proxy to connect your appliance?  Have you opened a support case to investigate internal log files?

Hi,

Remote support seems ok. No network changes.
