HPE OneView 8.70.00 still showing "open tickets" even cases are closed - State = Cleared

HPE OneView 8.70.00 still showing "open tickets" even cases are closed - State = Cleared

Hello everyone,

My customer described the problem to me as follows:

1) OneView Dashboard: under the "Remote Support Alerts" section, two "open tickets" are visible

- but these cases already have the status "closed" - displayed in the HPE Support Center
- under Activities these cases are marked as "Claered".
How can the customer delete these cases visible on the dashboard?

Please see the "Remote Support Service Alerts report" page.
Check out the "Customize dashboard" link to clear the items.
