HPE OneView for VMware vcenter version 8.0 where to download?

Where is the HPE OneView for VMware vcenter version 8.0 download link ? I couldn't found them and does the new version shows the deplucation rate and effective diskpace on vmware LUN's inside vCenter 5.5 ?

we are needing to upgrade OV for VC   from 7.83,   8.0 is no longer available at this site.
