HPE OneView Global Dashboard: Error when downloading from HPE Software Center.

I have been trying to download the new version 2.72 of the HPE OneView Global Dashboard from the HPE Software Center for days, but I always get the error:

Product Not Found or is no longer active
A temporary issue prevented us from processing your request. Please try again later.

I have tried this with multiple browsers on multiple PCs, always with the same error.

Does anyone have the same problem? How do I get the software?
When I try to download HPE OneView from HPE Software Center, it works without any problems.

there was no issue downloading today for me.

I start on the same web page.
Then when I select the download page for HPE OneView Global Dashboard, HPE requires a login. When I then log in (I have lots of valid maintenance contracts) I get the error.

If I go directly to the page:

I get directly to the login page where I have to log in.
