HPE Synergy Composer - Oneview 4

It is possible to add Proliant DL580 Gen10 Servers into HPE Synergy Composer Oneview Version 4 to moniotor or manager.

Sorry, no.  The HPE Synergy Composer management scope is limited to those frames wired through a frame link module.  This feature is being considered for futures planning.
