Imported firmware bundle isn't usable

I am trying to import SPP firmware bundle "Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) Version 2019.09.0" in my Oneview system, once imported it's not showing the firmware bundle information in Oneview. There is no problem with the ISO image as I can extract and see the binaries locally, checksum looks ok too. When I try to associate this firmware bundle into existing server profile template, its not listing in the drop down menu.

Two things:

1. How are you uploading?  Are you using the gui or the REST API?  For either, please elucidate the steps you are taking.
2. You do know there is a Dec 2019 version?
